Service Description

AromaZen offers a mindful, holistic experience that integrates bespoke essential oil remedies into your transformative journey. It helps you to discover the better you inside and supports you daily to confidently bring it out. Essential oils produced by aromatic plants are used to communicate, protect, heal, and thrive among them in nature. We, as a part of nature, can also feel the unique energy and listen to the message of each essential oil with mindful breathing. During your AromaZen experience, we will: - invite you to reflect on your current situation and identify gaps - help you to map the gaps to micro-achievable changes and prioritise them - experience essential oils mindfully and find the ones that resonate with you the most - develop inspired bespoke products for you to take home and start your transformative journey - follow up on your progress AromaZen helps to awaken the better you inside, reinforces the connection between you through essential oil remedies, and integrates the power of connection into your daily life effortlessly. If you want to - spend quality time with yourself and/or loved ones, - sleep better, - exercise smarter, - be more energetic/relaxed/calmer, - be less worried/anxious/depressed, or simply want to have some fun exploring yourself, AromaZen experience is here for you. The AromaZen experience consists of three sessions. During the first one-hour session, which can be done either online or in person, we explore the gaps together. You will be guided through our carefully designed questionnaires to help you reflect at your own pace. This session helps you identify micro-change possibilities in your life. You will then practice reflection at your own pace, and we will schedule you for the second session in two weeks. In the second one-hour session, we explore a few essential oils that fit your transformative goals. We also discuss the type of products and help you establish a micro-change routine step by step. You will have your own customised remedies to take home and start making a difference. We also offer a 15-minute follow-up session in two weeks to see if your remedies work as expected. We may offer some fine-tuning at that time.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. A cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 48 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment. – Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. – ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
