 Learn to Support Others
with Scent, Touch, and Care

Empowering carers, community members, and professionals to bring simple, meaningful wellbeing support into daily life.

You don’t need to be a therapist to make a difference. These trainings are designed to help you support others—gently, safely, and with confidence—using aromatherapy, mindful touch, and grounded presence.

We offer two core training pathways:

  • AromaCare: A practical course in safe essential oil use and sensory rituals for carers and home settings

  • The HEARTS Process: A touch therapy developed in cancer care, now widely used in supportive settings

You can begin with a taster session or register for a full programme.

No previous experience needed,

just curiosity, empathy, compassion, and a desire to care well.

Who Is This For?

These trainings are ideal for:

  • Unpaid or family carers

  • Professional carers, volunteers, or support staff

  • Therapists and wellbeing practitioners looking to expand their tools

  • Anyone supporting others through illness, frailty, end of life, or emotional distress

  • People interested in deepening their own self-care practice
